MODIFIED Gender-Sexuality-Mind/Soul Spectrum by IndigoOfTheHeavens MODIFIED Gender-Sexuality-Mind/Soul Spectrum by IndigoOfTheHeavens
I took a look at the fabulously done original Gender/Sexuality spectrum by :icontheroyalus: found here: [link]

And I wanted to do it for myself but the problem is that it didn't have the categories that was also important to me, such as spirit life genders and all, and soul energies, as well as mind gender.

I realize that these things would not be as important to other people, especially those that don't know nor care to know about such esoteric and spirituality/metaphysical-based things. :)

I hope :icontheroyalus: doesn't mind me putting this up too much? :)

You can download this if you want to, if it seems like something that would fit you and fit what you need to express.

JUST MAKE SURE to CREDIT BOTH me and :icontheroyalus: for the making of this! AND LINK BACK if you make one of this and upload it please! I'd love to see your work. :D

Original creation credits goes to :icontheroyalus: and credit for the changes and modifications goes to me. Original idea for this goes to whoever came up with it in the first place.

Hope you have fun!

Notes:
The "Hermaphrodite" points on the meme was added with the idea of "hermaphrodite" of a fully functional in all the ways (like even bearing kids or impregnating others, the reproductive sense) person/being/sex that has both commonly perceived as "male" and "female" reproductive organs" and they can vary from "male-herma" which is that but with an otherwise seeming male/masculine body, or "female-herma" which is that but with an otherwise-seeming female/feminine body. Straight down the line herma would be very androgynous face and body overall along with the genitals of a hermaphrodite (hard to tell if male/masculine or female/feminine, both or neither, or something else entirely).

This was added because even though there are intersex born on Earth (those with ambiguous or hard to define genitalia) they often aren't fully functioning (in the reproductive sense) in BOTH the "male" and the "female" genitals like how I defined a hermaphrodite (my personal definition) to be. Such hermas are known in my spirit life however and hence why I put that part down. :)

Interesting additions! We don't mind at all. In fact, our version is a modification of someone else's meme.

Haha I'm glad you don't mind! :) I saw yours and then just had to add the additions since otherwise I would've felt like I was leaving out something very crucial (to me)in my filling out the meme. :) I hope you have a happy holidays! :)

So what is with the triangle shaped by dashes to the + on the bottom of SEX, GENDER IDENTITY, and GENDER EXPRESSION?

If you're asking about the blank spaces there at the bottom of the triangle for just the SEX, GENDER IDENTITY, and GENDER EXPRESSION then those I left blank, because I agreed with the original poster's thought of leaving it blank for the people who are filling it out to put in what they feel would best complete the triangle for their own personal expression. :) For example someone who identifies as Two-Spirit would then put bigender/two-spirit at the bottom of the GENDER IDENTITY triangle. But someone who identifies as neutrois (or no gender at all) can put THAT down instead at the bottom of the triangle. :)

For SEX someone who has Androgyne-Insensitivity-Syndrome or AIS who actually had male sex chromosomes but grew up physically looking like a woman (because the body with that syndrome can't react to testosterone produced as easily if at all at times) can put down something like MALE SEX CHROMOSOME, FEMALE BODY at the bottom of the triangle instead. :) Or someone who actually has XXY or XXX for their chromosomes can put down something related to that on the bottom triangle if they so desire to make the SEX triangle more personal to them. :)

For GENDER EXPRESSION, well you can have bigendered, pangendered (when you look like so many different gender possibilities you can give the onlookers a major whiplash headache lol) or neutrois (looking like no gender in particular) or something else for the gender expression triangle and personalize it more for yourself. :)

In fact, I would encourage people that if there is a marker on one of the triangles that is not them but a different marker that would be more THEM (like Sexual Orientation if they have one that is NOT listed there) then to take out one of the markers there and replace it with the one that suits them better. :)

I hope this helps and makes sense? :)

It makes sense but... I still don't get the + thing if there is no label to tell you why it is there or what it represents...is it just your own interpretation??

I would assume its your own interpretation and more of an invitation for people to fill in the missing place there if they so desire. :)

I do agree that it can be confusing and misleading without a label there to tell you that its something you can fill in as you desire. So sorry about that. ^^;

Ah!

Well, no apologies! It was great to know the actual name of that weird syndrome I heard about! I always love to learn about genetics and biology!

Glad I could help! :) And yes I also have a strong fascination with genetics and biology myself! xD I know there are other names for the XXX and XXY chromosome mutations but I can't so easily think of it right now, while the AIS was something I could remember of the top of my head lol. xP :)

Its always fascinating finding out about how ruddy complex biology and genetics can be, with chromosomes of XX, XY, XXX, XXY, XYY, and how you can have perfectly normal XY but end up looking like a woman because of AIS, and have XX but end up looking unusually masculine (sometimes like a man depending) because of having PCOS (or Polyscystic Ovarian Syndrome that leads to more increase of testosterone and androgyne or more sensitivity to such hormones and development of more masculine characteristics xD), and how even bodies at birth can look strangely intersex in the sense of hard to tell from outside the sex of the baby, as well as at rare times of literally HAVING a ovary on one side and testicle on the other. And gender and sexual orientation can vary just as much if not MORE. XD

OOoooh I can go on and on, but I'll stop it here for now. xD :)
